Story
Toteable carbon steel cowboy wok for open-sky cooking

Care
Similar to cast iron, carbon steel needs very little daily maintenance. Simply rinse, heat, and re-oil after use. - Gently wash the surface with warm water and a rag or soft-bristled brush, then dry with a clean towel - Do not use a steel scrubber or other abrasive tools - Place on stove top and turn heat to low to remove any remaining moisture - Once fully dried, turn off heat and evenly coat the surface with a thin layer of oil (olive, avocado, etc.) - Store in a cool, dry place when not in use - Wipe down after use to prevent rust
