How to Use

Rest Sleep Blend

• Take 30 minutes before bed
• Use a half dropper (0.5 ml) under your tongue
• Hold it for two to three minutes then swallow
• To increase absorption, move the oil around in your mouth
• Try not to eat or drink for 20 to 30 minutes after taking the drop
• Adjust dose as needed

Work Daytime Blend

• Take twice daily, once before breakfast and once in the afternoon
• Best taken after your afternoon workout
• Use a full dropper (1 ml) under your tongue
• Hold it for two to three minutes then swallow
• To increase absorption, move the oil around in your mouth
• Try not to eat or drink for 20 to 30 minutes after taking the drop
• Adjust dose as needed
