The humble crewneck sweatshirt has deep roots—the first examples appeared a century ago—and it was also one of the first products Wythe made. Wythe’s version is still one of the best you can get your hands on. It now features an updated fit for easier sizing, but it retains all the hallmarks that made the original an instant icon in a crowded field: sustainably sourced fleece-backed cotton, an elegantly curved “Dorito” at the neck, and generous rib-knit cuffs and hem.

Instead of leaving us to comb the archives, the team at Wythe pored over collections of menswear dating back to the ‘50s and ‘60s—and tailored their own collection of sharp-looking staples.
