Story
Handwoven cotton workwear coat for all-season wear
Chores get a bad rap, but we appreciate the satisfaction that comes from a job well done. Umber & Ochre show the same love for purpose-built workwear with the Akash Chore Coat. The handspun and handwoven cotton gives a one-of-a-kind texture—heavier in weight and textured for protective all-season wear. With a longer length for more coverage, a relaxed fit for easy layering, and ample patch pockets for all your EDC, this coat is nothing short of a staple.

About Umber & Ochre
With one foot in the future and one in the past, Umber & Ochre have carved out a special place for themselves in the apparel world. Their clothes are designed with modern functionality in mind and are woven by hand in family-run factories using traditional techniques from their native India. They take a "field-to-fabric" approach to manufacturing to ensure quality and sustainability—tracing each finished garment back to the soil it was grown in. The result is a line of plant-grown, naturally-dyed, thoughtfully built apparel with a look and feel you simply can't get anywhere else.
