Materials

• 5-Ply stainless clad: aluminum and aluminum alloy core are clad together with two different layers of premium stainless steel, then bonded together to form a single sheet
• Third-party tested under the European Food Contact Safety Regulations (Report 158240287a 001). The report concluded: "This substance is included in the union list of Food Contact Material Regulation and below respective Standard Migration Limits…Considering the toxicology data, this substance is considered non-genotoxic."
• FDA-approved coating with an issued compliance certificate, stating, “This coating is permitted for the use in contact with food in compliance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and all applicable regulations."
