She moved to New York City in the late 1990s and, following college, worked at Cartier’s North American headquarters. Anouk later studied at the International Center of Photography in NYC, and has since developed several notable bodies of work, including \u003cem\u003eWild Horses of Cumberland Island\u003c\/em\u003e (2017), \u003cem\u003eWest: The American Cowboy\u003c\/em\u003e (2019), and \u003cem\u003eAmerican Cowboys\u003c\/em\u003e (2021).
